Heh. WaterBrook is good at distributing to general booksellers. When I go to Barnes and Noble, I find Donita Paul’s books in the general fantasy section. It’ll be a shame if booksellers stick Auralia’s Colors back in the “Christian fiction” section, because there are plenty of general-fantasy stories that would lend themselves to Christian allegory more readily than this story does.

It is being published by a Christian publishing company. No way around it. And I’m grateful, because they’re great people to work with. But the description of Christian fantasy given in that Beliefnet article does not apply much to what I’m doing.

Well, it *is* a [i]Christian[/i] booksellers group, so it must be a Christian book! Or does one have to be a Christian to be a merchant of these wares?
